Our sign as well as our internal lighting use energy saving LED bulbs.

Cork Fascia

Cork, a sustainable, eco-friendly material, is used in the interior finishes.

Recycling and Composting

We try to recycle and compost as much as possible with the goal of creating near-zero trash.  All of our utensils, plates, cups, lids, napkins, etc. are made from plants and are compostable.

Flooring

Our tile floors are made mostly from recycled tile dust.

Storefront

Our storefront is made from recycled aluminum and low-e, energy saving glass.

HVAC

Our heating and air conditioning system uses fresh air whenever possible, saving energy and reducing our carbon footprint.

Sink/Faucet

We use low flow plumbing fixtures to reduce our water consumption.

Paints and Adhesives

Paints and adhesives used in the building process were all low or no VOC and environmentally friendly.

Gypsum ClimaPlus Ceiling Tiles

Free of PVC and Phthalates with recycled content; no formaldehyde added during manufacturing process.

Countertop Materials

Made from rapidly renewable and low emitting materials with recycled content; no added urea-formaldehyde.

Delivery Bike

We use a bike for short-run deliveries.

Equipment

Over 90% of our kitchen equipment is reclaimed or reused.
